Now in its 13th year, the Surviving Winter Appeal has already kept many thousands of people safe and warm in our local communities.

The sad reality is that this winter will prove even harder for many people in Suffolk as the high cost of living continues.

For local families and individuals of all ages, living in cold conditions poses a serious threat to both physical and mental wellbeing and can cause damage to family life and the future prospects of young people. For anyone with a disability or health issues, a drop in room temperature can pose a serious threat.

By giving to this year's Surviving Winter Appeal, you will be supporting hard working low-income families, individuals who are struggling to make ends meet and, of course, the older people in our communities who, perhaps feel the cold the most.
